Project Management & Provisioning
We take responsibility for the transition from your current carrier to the new carrier. Managing all of the details, we oversee each step from submitting a clean order through the test and turn-up of services. When additional pressure is needed to keep the order on track, our team knows who to call and what to say. After the services are billed, a thorough audit is performed to ensure the bill is correct. If it is not, we contact the carrier and correct the bill.
Monthly Auditing Optimization
Our monthly auditing for both wire-line and wireless services begins with creating a full telecom inventory which then becomes the benchmark for the monthly auditing. We update the inventory as requests for changes are made generating a living document that is always current. Billing errors are identified, the corrections are made, and credits are secured.
Repair Resolution
We diagnose the problem, open a ticket with the carrier, and work through the issue until service is fully restored. When needed, CRA offers support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Knowing who to call, what really occurs at the carrier once the ticket is opened, and understanding the information the carrier supplies and how the technology works are all key factors in getting your service up and working quickly.
Adds & Deletes (MACDs)
Regardless of the carrier, CRA submits, tracks, and reports on all MACDs requested. Utilizing CRA eliminates the need to spend countless hours chasing carriers for information, while our fulfillment reporting details all of the activity.
Customer Moves
At CRA, office moves — regardless of complexity — are at the center of our wheelhouse. All too often, taking on these projects without the proper expertise causes stress and missing critical installation dates. Our team coordinates with the cable, telco, and or hardware/hosted vendors to manage the project from soup to nuts creating a successful outcome with services delivered on time.
Inventory Creation
If it has been too long (or never) since you correctly identified what services you really have and physically what exists at each location, a one-time inventory may be the answer. We determine the location and function of each line and circuit with a physical site survey. Often, businesses find they can save money on services not in use or ones that were never disconnected properly.
Contingency Auditing
In the event that you would like to look back at previous invoices to reclaim monies lost, CRA may perform a historic audit on contingency. Before accepting the project, CRA will review all of the details including invoices, contracts, and letters of disconnect, etc. If it is determined that refunds are possible, we accept the project. The fee structure is typically 50/50 monies to be paid only once credits or refunds are received.
